OFFICIAL RULES – CARIN MACLEAN FOUNDATION DISNEY TRIP RAFFLE

Permit Raffle conducted under permit issued by the Town of Seekonk, MA. Permit # RAFF-25-3. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CMF and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Raffle period and entry: Ticket sales begin November 14, 2025 and end December 14, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entry is by online purchase only at https://www.carinmacleanfoundation.org/raffle. Ticket price is $50 per entry. Unlimited entries per person are permitted. Entries are non-refundable.

Prizes: Grand Prize Walt Disney World vacation for up to four guests, consisting of a 5-night stay at a Disney Value Resort (standard room, based on availability) and four (4) 4‑Day Park Tickets (1 Park Per Day). Travel window is June 1 – September 30, 2026; advance booking required; limited availability may apply within the window. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $4,200. Prize fulfillment is booked directly with Walt Disney World. Planning assistance is provided. Winner may elect to pay for optional upgrades, including but not limited to resort level or room category, Park Hopper, dining plan if available, extra nights, special experiences, and airport transfers.

Second Prize: $250 cash-equivalent prize, issued as an e‑gift card or prepaid card at CMF’s discretion.
Third Prize: $100 cash-equivalent prize, issued as an e‑gift card or prepaid card at CMF’s discretion.

What is not included: Airfare or other transportation, airport transfers, meals/dining plan, gratuities, souvenirs, special event tickets, Lightning Lanes, travel insurance, taxes, fees, and any items not expressly listed as included.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Drawing and selection of winners: Winners will be selected at random on December 15, 2025 via a public livestream on Facebook Live. CMF will draw winners in the following order: Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize. One prize per person/household. If the same name is drawn more than once, a new name will be drawn for the later prize. CMF may draw alternate winners in the event of ineligibility or failure to claim.
Notification and claim requirements: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 24 hours of the drawing and must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to timely respond, complete required documentation, or meet eligibility may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate. Prior to prize release, winner must complete IRS Form W-9 and present valid government-issued photo identification. For prizes with a total fair market value of $600 or more, CMF will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for the applicable tax year.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Travel terms and conditions (Grand Prize): Travel must be completed between June 1 and September 30, 2026. Reservations are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of Walt Disney World and its suppliers. Limited‑availability dates may apply within the window. Changes after booking may incur fees and are the responsibility of the winner. No cash value. No resale. If the stated components become unavailable, CMF may substitute components of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Publicity and privacy: By accepting a prize, winners agree that CMF may use their first name, last initial, and city/state for winner announcement purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected is used for raffle administration and will not be sold.

General conditions: CMF reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, ineligible, or non‑compliant. CMF is not responsible for technical failures or delays beyond its control. CMF’s decisions are final in all matters related to this raffle. CMF may cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle, subject to applicable law and any necessary approvals.

Limitation of liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CMF and its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law: All disputes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles and shall be resolved in state or federal courts located within Massachusetts.
